会议征文

目的
　　论文专场旨在促进专业人员的科研思维及能力；分享及交流专业内容；增加各地康复从业者间的交流及学习。

　　我们诚邀您为大会的「论文发表」环节投稿，您所投的稿经评选录取后，可选择在「论文发表」时段中作现场口头发表，也可以海报发表方式发表。口头报告的发表时间为10-12分钟/人，另有3分钟问答时间。欢迎各作者踊跃投稿，大会将接纳同一投稿者以第一作者身份的最多2份论文现场报告发表。学术委员会将根据报告的学术价值作评选。被接纳录取的论文将会刊登于大会论文集及香港职业治疗学院网站。大会还特设多个奖学金名额（供40周岁以内的治疗师申请），符合奖学金申请资格的论文发表者，大会将于会议现场颁发奖学金RMB 500元。意在鼓励内地从事康复工作的治疗师踊跃参加，

　　大会接纳两类报告：（1）分析研究报告/科研论文；（2）经验分享报告。

征文要求

• 中文摘要300字以内，英文摘要500字以内。
• 必须在大会网站作网上投稿http://www.hkiot.org/2021iotc/
• 每一位会议代表最多可以第一作者身份投2份摘要。
• 论文投稿截止日期：2020年11月30日。
• 大会收到论文后，将于一周内以电邮回复确认收讫。
• 如一周后仍未收到电邮确认，请再次投递。
• 录取结果将于2021年1月31日前公布，并以电子邮件通知第一作者。
• 论文入选者，符合奖学金申请资格的作者，可申请奖学金。
• 录取者将于大会现场颁发奖学金，未到场者视为自动放弃，不予代领。
• 口头报告者须统一用大会安排的电脑。大会不设幻灯机及胶片投影机等。
• 大会接纳海报发表报告，作者需按大会指定尺寸自行制作及设计海报。
• 论文未入选者，亦可按普通代表报名参会。

Call for Free Paper Abstract

　　To promote the scientific thinking and ability of professionals and to increase exchanges among rehabilitation practitioners everywhere, we sincerely invite you to submit your papers to the conference. The conference will accept the submission of up to 2 papers by the same contributor as the first author. The academic committee will assess all the submitted papers based on the academic value. The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and HKIOT website. If accepted, your papers will be presented orally or by poster. For oral presentation, it includes10-12 minutes presentation and 3 minutes Q&A session.

　　First authors of accepted paper can apply scholarship for young presenters (aged under 40). Scholarship of 500RMB will be awarded in the closing ceremony upon successful presentation of the paper in person. It is intended to encourage therapists in the mainland to participate.

　　The conference accepts two types of abstracts: (1) analytical research reports/ research papers; and (2) experience sharing reports.

• OT in neurological rehabilitation, trauma rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, acute rehabilitation, community-based rehabilitation and vocational rehabilitation
• OT for children and elderly

Requirements

• Both Chinese (max. 300 words) or English (max. 500 words) are accepted
• Author can only submit abstracts through conference website at http://www.hkiot.org/2021iotc/
• Limited to two submission per first author
• Deadline of abstract submission is 30 Nov. 2020
• After receiving submission, the conference will reply by email within one week.
• Please submit your abstract again if no email is received one week after first submission.
• Results will be announced on 31 Jan. 2021 and the first author will be contacted by email.
• First authors of accepted paper can apply scholarship for young presenters.
• Scholarship will be awarded in the closing ceremony upon successful presentation of the paper in person.
• Only conference PC can be used in presentation
• Conference secretariat will inform the size and dimension of the posters in later stage.
• Authors can also register as general participants if the submission is not accepted.
